Meet Carlos Perez 

I am an American born Cuban, born in New York City and raised primarily in New Jersey. I served five years in the Army, during the period of the Gulf War, as a military policeman. The combination of being raised with four siblings as well as my experience in the Army has helped to mold my character and self worth.  

After meeting my wife Lisa, we married and moved permanently to where she was born and raised in Huntington, CT. It is now where we call home and are raising two beautiful children. The eldest is a girl by the name of Arianna and the youngest by two years is a boy named Giancarlo.  

On my available downtime as your Realtor, I enjoy long days with my family and friends. I enjoy sports of all kind, especially football and Nascar Motorsports. Are there any other Miami Dolphin and Dale Earnhardt Jr. enthusiasts out there?  

In my short time with RE/MAX I have been blessed with the zeal for productivity and success. I am a top producer – in the top 10% in the country. I have consecutively been a Chairman Club Member which is the highest single year commission honors that RE/MAX bestows upon a sales associate. In 2006 I became a Member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame which constitutes 1 Million Dollars in commissions produced with RE/MAX. 

In 2012 I was named A Five Star Real Estate Agent by Connecticut Magazine, achieved by only 6% of all Agents, and determined by providing exceptional service and overall satisfaction by clients, peers and industry experts. It is also based on individual criteria such as integrity, communication and customer service. 

Many clients, whom I often refer to as friends, have returned to me for their buying and selling real estate transactions, in fact, a majority of my business is due to clientele returning time and time again. When asked, they often mention that my attention to detail and ability to care for them like family is what keeps them most contented, even above my expert negotiation skills. 

I am dedicated to each and every client equally and individually, and ensure a proper existence throughout an entire transaction. Current as well as past clients can attest to this fact. It is just another dynamic that keeps me as a well respected individual in the community.

Children’s Miracle Network is a fantastic organization because the money goes directly to the hospital, not through RE/MAX. The kids receive 100% of the donation. Funds do not go through any other authorities or processed through administrative fields. 100% of the money is used toward the Children!!
