I will be happy to inform you of towns such as Fairfield, Westport, Weston, Wilton, Trumbull, Monroe, Shelton, Bridgeport, Stratford, Danbury and all of Fairfield County! The City of Norwalk is a coastal city and is home to over 80,000 residents. Oystering peaked in Norwalk between the years 1885-1910 and is today a booming business in Connecticut. Over the past 10 years the community has undergone a revitalization that incorporates historical preservation and beautification, the creation of major office complexes, the improvement of Norwalk’s extensive waterfront area, as well as the development of new retail, cultural and recreational offerings. The Town of Darien lay between the larger towns of Norwalk and Stamford. In fact, Darien was officially incorporated in 1820 after being taken from Stamford. It is currently home to over 19,000 residents. Darien is mainly a residential community with no industry. It is a suburban community with an active town center, excellent schools, and involved residents. Darien offers unspoiled land and clear waters. Those who have come to live here have been careful inhabitants of its architectural and natural heritage while enjoying the resources of a modern community. | | | | Stamford Town Center
Stamford is a city rich with history and can actually boast that Washington slept here. It is a community that can be found along Connecticut’s shoreline approximately 25 miles northeast of New York City. Stamford began as a puritan village, became a manufacturing town, and is now a major corporate base. Stamford is the country’s third largest corporate headquarters community and the fourth largest city in Connecticut. Stamford is home to over 117,000 residents which has a daily increase by over 50,000 people as they commute to work. Fairfield County is home to many towns and cities that contribute to Connecticut’s beautiful surroundings and growth. I will be happy to inform you of towns such as Fairfield, Westport, Weston, Wilton, Easton, Trumbull, Shelton and more upon your request. | | | | Waveny

Working With An Agent >Skillful Negotiations
Negotiating the sale or purchase of a home is a highly creative endeavor that can be stressful at times. Even though the process is not usually an adversarial one, there are issues which may require a compromise from each party, such as the price, the date of possession, and the condition of the property at closing.
It helps to know why people are relocating. If a home is part of an estate, for example, it may evoke childhood memories and intense emotions for the person who is overseeing the sale. If the sellers are in the middle of a divorce, their mood will be different than someone who has just won the lottery and is moving to their dream home. Buyers who have been transferred and have to leave their dream home behind will feel differently from someone who feels that your home is their "ideal". One of a real estate agent's most important jobs is managing all of the relationships in the transaction. These situations don't often get really difficult, but when they do, agent's don't take it personally.
